Homes in Ingleside Terrace are located in the southwestern portion of San Francisco. The protective barrier of the high hills circling Mount Davidson and Twin Peaks divert much of the coastal weather that brings the fog to other parts of San Francisco and gives the neighborhood of Ingleside wonderful weather. Ingleside Terrace homes enjoy great views of Mt. Davidson and its surrounding hills as well |
as pristine vistas of the Pacific and San Francisco Bay.
Ingleside Terrace homes are constructed on moderate to steep slopes and consist primarily of single-family houses that were built between 1900 and 1940. A large number of these homes have tiled roofs with stucco walls and follow a Spanish Mediterranean design.

This is a middle class neighborhood. This small district of San Francisco has close access to shopping at Stonestown Shopping Center and recreational opportunities around Lake Merced and Ocean View Park. You can also find many stores and cafes on Ocean Avenue.
Ingleside is a community of middle class homes some well kept and others are definite fixer uppers. As with other neighborhoods in the hills of San Francisco, Ingleside street design has been dictated by topography, which gives it a nice natural look. On very unusual street is Urbano Drive; the street was designed to follow the oval of the old Ingleside Racetrack. This is a fog hole in Ingleside that is cool in the summer and pleasant in winter.
Homes range in price form $500,000 to $1,100,000.
