Upper Market seems less like a city than some parts of San Francisco but it still moves just under the speed of light and offers all the elements of dynamic San Francisco. This neighborhood reflects the diverse nature of this beautiful Pacific Coast city. The cultural diversity, the highly commercial availability of everyday needs as well as the most trendy products you could possibly want in areas that
have homes of historical style as well as the most modern designs you can imagine.

Corona Heights
The Corona Heights neighborhood is a rocky knob that sticks out of the side of Buena Vista Hill that is circled by detached homes and some duplexes. This little community sits atop a quiet hill with fantastic views of the San Francisco area. Inside this area you can see the greenery of trees along the street and home gardens that soften the impact on your eye. Edwardian and Victorian homes here are decorated with diverse design elements, and adorned in attractive hues. There are little commercial ventures here like laundromats, dry cleaners, java joints, grocery stores, and hardware stores in this community with no overhead wires.

Corona Heights is bounded by 15th Street to the north, Castro Street to the east, States Street to the south and Roosevelt Way to the west.

Duboce Triangle
The Duboce Triangle neighborhood is filled with marvelously remodeled Victorian style homes. This area is central to San Francisco and the surrounding area. When you walk the sidewalks of Duboce Triangle you will see luxuriant landscaping in front of immaculate Victorian flats and apartment structures. In the face of a move to bulldoze many of the historical buildings in this beautiful city saner minds prevailed and the city choose to direct federal slum clearance money to rebuild rather than destroy. This meant that many of the homes built in the late 1800s were restored, trees were planted along the streets, utility lines were buried underground, sidewalks were widened and streets were narrowed. These actions have created a beautiful residential neighborhood in the midst of urban San Francisco.

Nature has provided this community with some natural protection against the ever-present San Francisco fog and secluded it from these vapors with Buena Vista and Twin Peaks protecting its west flank and the small Alamo Square hill deflecting elements from the north. Duboce Triangle neighborhood is bounded by Waller Street to the north, Market Street to the east and south and Castro Street to the west.

Home in the Duboce Triangle range in price from $800,000 to $1,500,000.

Mount Olympus
This medium sized hill is populated with a large number of apartment buildings and Victorian styled homes.
